A leaking roof is one of the most damaging failures that may occur during the construction. Water leakage destroys the structure of building and raw materials. Not only may these, a leaking industrial roof also cause malfunctioning of equipments and machinery. It is important to build a long-term performing roof with durability. Mr Bull Flexibond is made up of acrylic component, which is a modified cementitious coating wi to support higher flexibility, higher strength and higher structural movements. This product can be applied to any industrial surfaces like Concrete, Asbestos sheet, GI sheets or even cemented sheets. As in case of Industries the vibration is very high due to machineries and movements of raw material and finished goods, that cause the strength and flexibility get deteriorate after using a traditional waterproofing product. Mr Bull Flexibond is made with speciality latex and polymers to get very high structural movement and very high traffic intact capacity. Flexibond provides an effective barrier to waterborne salts and atmospheric gases.
Mr Bull Flexibond is having very high flexibility and strength. Its 1 mm coating provides anti carbonation cover equivalent to over 125 cm of concrete. Waterproof resists up to 11 bars (110 meter head) of pressure.

Application Method:- Clean the surface properly with the help of Vacuum cleaner. Remove all particles, flakes, grease and algae-fungus. Apply a coat of Mr. Bull Prime Strong PDR 77 as a primer coat for better bonding and penetration. Mix Flexibond 1 kg : cement 2.5 kg & water 1 kg to make slurry. Apply 2-3 coats with an interval of 3-4 hours between each coat. Apply second coat at the right angle to the first and so on.
(UV protective coating for Industrial Waterproofing)
Mr. Bull Super Seal 99 is single component waterproofing product for Industrial waterproofing. Applied as a liquid it helps in forming a durable, protective and waterproof membrane. It protects from UV rays by re-radiating it back to the atmosphere. After applying it reduces the temperature inside the structure.
Application Method:- Clean the surface properly and remove all dust particles, flakes and grease. Apply a coat of Prime Strong PDR 77 as a primer coat. Then apply 2 coats of Flexibond (cementitious waterproofing). Apply 2 or more coat of Super Seal 99 as a top coat for extra protection and durability. Apply the second coat at the right angle to the first. It is resistant to spillage of gasoline, diesel, sewage, weak acid and alkalis.
