Basement is one of the places where water damage occur frequently and if it is not treated on time then may lead to serious problems. The heavy rains, defective plumbing or floods are some common reasons for water damage in the basement.
PRIMER FOR BASEMENT WATERPROOFING
Mr BULL FLEXI PRIME-BS is a Elastomeric primer for the purpose of Basement Waterproofing. It make strong bond in the area where direct sunlight never reaches. It is recommended to apply this product when surface is purely dry, then only it penetrates inside the pores and makes a co-polymer bonding.
DILUTION:- 300 ML water in 1 Litre and mix well before application.
COVERAGE:- 8 to 10 sq. Mtr/Litre/coat.
HEAVY DUTY REPAIR ADDITIVES & BONDING AGENT FOR BASEMENT
Mr BULL MASTER SEAL 220-BS is a cementitious waterproofing compound for highly moist areas like basement. It’s economic waterproofing Latex, based on complex polymeric system to be added to Grey Portland cement to form a membrane coating. Very powerful product to protect and make your basement waterproof.
Application Method:- Clean the surface by removing old flakes, dust or grease. Apply a coat of FLEXI PRIME-BS as a primer coat for better penetration in the area with no sunlight.
Bonding agent:- Mix one litre of MASTER SEAL 220 BS with cement in equal proportion by volume and brush apply the same to concrete or mortar as a bonding agent. When the bonding agent is still tacky apply the Latex modified mortar to the desired thickness.
Repair mortar:- Mix Mr Bull MASTER SEAL 220 BS 750 ml, 1 kg cement and 2 kg silica sand mix it properly for use as repair mortar along with 250 ml water for better workable consistency.
As screed Concrete:- Mix Mr Bull MASTER SEAL 220 BS 10- 15 kg in 50 kg cement, 80 kg sand and 80 kg of 6 mm aggregates along with 12 Litre water. Mix all the mixture well before application.
Economic waterproofing : - Mix MASTER SEAL 220-BS with Grey Portland cement & water in the ratio of (1:3:1). Mix it well, till there should be no lumps in it and can be easily applied by brush. Apply 2 to 3 coats within the interval of 4-5 hours. Apply alternative coats in Criss-cross direction.
ELASTOMERIC HIGH PROTECTION COATING FOR BASEMENT
Mr BULL BASE GUARD–TE is a water proofing compound with high elastomeric characteristics. It stops penetration of moisture and dampness from the source. It has excellent bonding characteristics to surfaces and also not detach from damp and moist substrates.
Application Method:- Clean the surface properly with the help of vacuum cleaner. Apply a coat of FLEXI PRIME-BS as a primer coat for better penetration and life. It is recommended to use MASTER SEAL-220-BS cementitious waterproofing 2 coats before applying Base Guard TE. Apply 2-3 coats of within the interval of 3-4 hours.
DILUTION:- Mix 400 ml of water in 1 litre BASE GUARD-TE
