(Primer for high damp area)
Description:- FLEXIPRIME-BT is a Primer made for areas of high dampness and moisture. This is a deep impregnating primer designed by blending special grade of Latex with synthetic binders. It’s deep impregnating action and low viscosity helps it to attain better bonding in the applied surface.
Uses:- FLEXIPRIME-BT is best suitable when used as a primer coat after surface preparation for all types of waterproof coatings. It can also be used as a dust proffer and floor sealer for dust proofing purposes.
Application:- Concrete, mortar and masonry surface must be clean, free from grease, oil and loosely adhering particles.
Dilute FLEXIPRIME-BT after adding 350 ml of water in 1 Litre product, and then apply over the prepared surface using a brush or roller. One coat is normally sufficient. Highly porous substrate may require two coat applications.
(SBR Latex for Sunken Area)
Description:- Mr. Bull Aquashield-70-BT is SBR latex based cementitious waterproofing agent. It makes the applied area permanently free from leakage and seepage. SBR Latex made this highly tough, strong and easily application product for areas of high damp. It is also recommended for bathroom walls before fixing tiles, sunken areas and floor area. It can easily apply by brush and masons apparatus.
Application:- Surface Preparation:- Clean the surface by removing all the loose particles, dirt, oil and grease. Vacuum clean to remove all dust and loose particles.
Common Waterproofing:- Mix Mr Bull Aquashield 70-BT with cement in the ratio of 1:2 by volume and apply 2 coats. Add small quantity of water for better workability.
As a bond coat in repair:- Mix Mr Bull Aquashield 70 BT with cement in 1:1 ratio by volume and apply on a pre-wetted surface. Overlay repair mortar when the bond coat is wet or tacky.
Repair mortar:- Mix Mr Bull Aquashield 70 BT 750 ml, 1 kg cement and 2 kg silica sand mix it properly for use as repair mortar along with 200 ml water for better workable consistency.
As screed Concrete:- Mix Mr Bull Aquashield 70 BT 15 kg in 50 kg cement, 100 kg sand and 75 kg 6mm aggregate along with 15 Litre water. Mix all the mixture well before application.
